Transition from existing systems to new platforms. Email, files, users — we handle everything.
Collaboration & communication
Structure Teams, Slack or Google Workspace for employees, volunteers and board members.

Proper access control, two-factor authentication, SSO and data protection for sensitive personal data.
AI & automation
Build AI assistants with Copilot Studio or Gemini, and automate routine tasks with Power Automate or Zapier.
Digital marketing
Take advantage of Google Ad Grants ($120,000/year), social media tools from Canva and analytics with Power BI.
AI for Non-Profits
AI agents for your organisation
Build intelligent assistants that answer questions, handle enquiries and automate work — without coding.
What is an AI agent?
An AI-powered assistant that holds conversations, answers from your documents, gathers information and performs actions. Think of it as a digital employee that never sleeps.
Built with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini or Salesforce Einstein — all available free or discounted for non-profits.
Use cases
Voluntary registration
The agent talks with new volunteers, collects contact info and skills, and registers them automatically. The coordinator receives a notification.
FAQ for recipients
Automatically answer common questions about their programmes — on the web or in chat. Retrieves answers from their own documents.
Application assistance for grants
Find relevant text from previous applications, check deadlines and generate drafts based on the organisation's history.
Donor management
Automatic thank-you letters, follow-up with monthly donors and donation trend reporting via Salesforce or CRM.
How to create an agent (5 steps)
Select platform
Microsoft Copilot Studio, Google Gemini, or Salesforce Einstein — depending on your tech stack.
Describe your agent
Write what the agent should do: «Help volunteers with sign-up and answer questions about our programs.»
Connect knowledge sources
Add documents, web pages or databases the agent retrieves answers from.
Add actions
Connect to automations to send emails, create entries, or notify staff.
Publish
Roll out internally (Teams/Slack) or externally (website, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger).
Step by step
How to get started
From qualification to finished setup — the process is simpler than you think.
