The story behind InfoDesk began in 2002. The present InfoDesk AS was incorporated in 2019 and carries forward more than 20 years of experience delivering IT services to Norwegian businesses. As an approved Norid registrar (1108), we manage domain registration, hosting and technical operations for hundreds of customers.

Meet the person behind InfoDesk
Håkon Berntsen is an AI pioneer, systems architect and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in IT development. With a background in informatics from the University of Oslo and entrepreneurship from BI, he has founded and led several technology companies. Håkon is CEO and co-founder of Eir Tec AS and CTO of Eir Tec LTD (UK), building a home-based QEEG headband and Explainable AI for ADHD and ASD diagnostics on Azure UK South with UK GDPR-grade single-tenant deployments. He is also COO and Systems Architect at MediVox AS, CTO at Skjld Labs AS, co-founder of Jaydus.AI and CEO of InfoDesk AS. Certified in penetration testing (PEN-100), OWASP, Microsoft (MCP/MCSE) and Cisco (CCNA/CCNP).
